The £100m new housing programme is being delivered by the city council’s Birmingham Municipal Housing Trust.
Mansell and Lovell are the only contractors to have picked up places on all three elements of the planned new build programmes.
The framework has been broken up into three lots covering rented, mixed tenure and largescale new build schemes.
