The minor works contractor panels will be used for individual contracts worth up to £15m, covering an expected programme of works worth £200m over the next four years.
The panel for tier one contractors covers turnkey packages requiring management of subcontractors and includes Mace, Carillion and Morgan Sindall
Gatwick Airport will use the specialist firms to deliver separate lots covering civils and paving; fire alarm systems; HVAC and building services; and M&E disciplines.
The first work packages are due out next month.
