The Trust told the Enquirer: “Willmott Dixon Partnerships Limited (WDP) and Notting Hill Housing Trust (NHHT) have mutually agreed to end the responsive repairs contract they entered into last year.
“After eight months in partnership, it was agreed that the current arrangements are not meeting either parties’ expectations.”
Andy Belton, Trust Chief Operating Officer, said: “Willmott Dixon and Notting Hill will work closely together during the transition period to ensure our residents continue to receive a quality repairs service with minimal disruption.”
Willmott Dixon will continue to provide repairs for residents while the search for a replacement contractor begins.
