Private flats will occupy floors 53 to 65 of London’s tallest tower with the penthouse situated 735ft above ground level.
Full details of the luxury homes have not been officially revealed by developer Sellar properties.
But a source told the Evening Standard that the two-storey penthouse apartment on floors 64 and 65 will be as large as a six- or seven-bedroom house.
Uber-rich buyers can choose from three, two-storey duplexes and seven single-storey flats.
All will boast 360 degree views with rooms built around the central concrete core containing lifts and the emergency stairwell.
Sellar and its agents Knight Frank will start marketing the properties this summer with apartments accounting for just 62,000 sq ft of the 1.2m sq ft building
