The new Specialised Works Division will carry out a design and installation service for roofing and cladding on small and mid-sized projects where there is standard detailing.

Kate Prater, associate director at Prater said: “It seemed to us that there was a gap in the market.

“Feedback from existing clients tells us there’s demand at this end of the market for the speed, simplicity and competitive pricing our Specialised Works division will be offering.

“With this in mind, we’re also aiming to establish relationships with some of the medium sized builders who maybe haven’t worked with us before.”

Prater Specialised Works has already won glazing and architectural metalwork for a large residential scheme in East London.

Prater bring this wealth of experience on complex projects like ther Emirates Stadium, Heathrow T4 and Westfield London.
