The new work includes a £6.5m negotiated contract for the redevelopment of the 8000m2 Portswood House, Southampton, on behalf of Ageas Insurance Limited.
The contract involves a complete strip and refit of the two storey building which starts this month and will be completed by May 2013.
Midas has also secured another £1.1m in summer works contracts at the University of Portsmouth in addition to the £2m refurbishment of St Andrew’s Court already underway in central Portsmouth.
Other new deals include a £5m contract for a new music block for a private school, a £1m crematorium for Salisbury and a fourth contract for Associated British Ports at their Southampton Town Quay complex worth £600,000 which all start this summer.
