The winning firms will carry out new build and refurbishment projects over the next four years.

The scope of work call offs may vary and will cover London, east and south east, south west and Midlands regions as defined by the Housing and Communities Agency.

The deal is likely to be the last four-year agreement to be put in place.

Home Group intends in the future to procure construction and maintenance for up to 10 years of new build properties together as a package.
