Blythewood Plant was the only part of the Doyle business which continued trading after administrators shut down the concrete frame and interiors divisions last month.
Administrator Deloitte has now sold Blythewood to Bridgemere Tractors which is owned by auction specialist Malcolm Harrison.
The Shropshire firm is already advertising a sale of Blythewood kit from the Warrington and northern depots which will go under the hammer on July 21 at an auction in Darlington.
Sixteen staff were still working at Blythewood at the time of the sale.
