Work started last week on a £12m 258-bed block on behalf of S.Harrison Developments for York St John University.
Miller has also bagged a multi-million 120-bed extension to Jarratt Hall for the University of Birmingham.

“The student accommodation on Carmelite Street, York, marks our fourth project for S.Harrison Developments, with whom we have built a strong and positive working relationship with.
“We are delighted to be working with them again and look forward to strengthening the partnership we already have in place, as we deliver the new student residencies for St John University.
“The University of Birmingham is a new client for us and we are looking forward to developing a long-term, strategic relationship with them.”
Work at York St John University is due to complete in June 2013.
The project at Jarratt Hall is due for completion in September 2013.
