The Primark store will anchor a £40m extension of the centre at Secklow Gate which will create an extra 17,500 sq ft retail unit and an improved market site.
The plans are the latest stage in a significant investment plan for thecentre:mk which currently includes a £27m extension and refurbishment currently underway at John Lewis, and a £6m extension and refit to Next following a £4.5m refurbishment at House of Fraser which completed at the end of last year.
