The works and services covering its 40,000-home estate in London, the South East and East Midlands will be delivered through a mixture of framework agreements and conventional measured term contracts.

These will be split into various lots according to work type and geographic region.

Hyde’s current intention to advertise and procure the four categories of works and services:

— response repairs and voids
— cyclical maintenance / servicing contracts
— planned / reinvestment works
— gas servicing and repairs
