The firm is upgrading footpaths in the busy area of central London.
And the barriers round the works absorb up to 30dB of noise to reduce disruption for surrounding office workers.
Work is being carried out on behalf of the London Borough of Islington to revamp the outside of the station and surrounding streets.
The Echo Barrier system in use has been recognised by the Noise Abatement Society.
