The biggest job in the pipeline for 2013 is the £150m transformation of a 1.4 acre site on Charlotte St in the West End of London.
The scheme will provide 323,000 sq ft of new office space alongside a 14,000 sq ft private residential development.
Detailed designs are currently being finalised with work set to start in mid 2013.
Other schemes starting next year include a 21,400 sq ft retail and residential development in Westbourne Grove.
