Constructionline is hosting a supplier engagement day on Wednesday August 29 to help find electricians, plumbers and multi-traders to help with ongoing maintenance work.

The event will take place at the Best Western Falstaff Hotel, Leamington Spa next Wednesday between 8:30am and 1pm.

Small and medium-sized construction companies will get the chance to meet face to face with Oxfam procurement staff to find out about upcoming opportunities and to understand what Oxfam Building surveyors do.

Rebecca Sperti, sales manager from Constructionline, said: “It can prove difficult for local contractors to have the opportunity to get involved with large organisations, such as Oxfam.

“It is great to see Oxfam sourcing local contractors to help them keep their high street shops in good working order.

“Through our supplier engagement days, we want to help suppliers find and secure work and we want to make it easier for businesses to find reliable and local construction companies.”
