Wright will work with main contractor Hill Partnerships on the 12-month project to fit out the £47m Zenith House in Barnet for Genesis Housing Group.
The 16-storey residential tower will contain 309 homes alongside shopping space, a restaurant and offices.
Wright will be installing a low-carbon CHP (Combined Heat and Power) and gas central plant heating system and eco-friendly mechanical ventilation heat recovery systems.
Zenith House, which also benefits from vertical axis wind turbines, green roofs and solar heating, is scheduled for completion in winter 2013.
Marcus Aniol, J S Wright Managing Director, said: “We are delighted to have won our first contract with Hill Partnerships to equip one of London’s biggest and greenest urban regeneration projects.”
