The internal promotions see Stuart Chamberlain and Phil Griffiths  join Peter and Michael O’Brien on the Board of Directors.

Chamberlain has been with O’Brien Contractors for five years and has been promoted from his position as Operations Manager.

Chamberlain’s expertise lies in contract management and he will continue to develop O’Brien’s role as a main contractor, incorporating specialist Design & Build projects in civils and infrastructure.

Griffiths has been with the company for six years as Commercial Manager leading the drive for finding new clients.

His responsibilities as director will be controlling commercial activities whilst developing the business, identifying markets and working to ensure the needs of clients are met.

Managing Director, Peter O’Brien, said: “The business will benefit hugely from the skills and knowledge that these two new Directors will bring to the board.

“The existing senior management team recognises that the future of the company, and security of its employees, lies in the strength of its management team and workforce.
