Plans include building a 46,000 sq ft Sainsbury’s food store, budget hotel and primary healthcare centre.
Albion Land is also in discussions with a major local employer who is seeking a new company headquarters site.
Kelvin Pearce, a director at developer Albion Land said: “We believe that we have prepared an attractive development that will have many benefits for Brackley – providing additional shopping choice for the town centre, close to the new residential expansion area of Radstone Fields.”
A full planning application will be submitted in November, with a decision by spring, allowing construction to start late next year or early 2014.
