Kier on hunt for Midlands subcontractors

Kier is looking for a raft of trade contractors to help with social housing repair deals across Market Harborough, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire.

The company is hosting a ‘meet the buyer’ event on Wednesday 21 November between 8am and 5:30pm at Market Harborough RUFC on Northampton Road, Market Harborough LE16 9HB.

Kier is looking to meet local suppliers and subcontractors to discuss available opportunities with the following expertise:

·            electrical works
·            plumbing and heating
·            plastering
·            aids and adaptations
·            general builders
·            demolition contractors
·            Bricklaying
·            asbestos removal
·            roofing
·            scaffolding
·            tiling
·            property clearance and cleaning
·            glaziers
·            painting and decorating
·            joiners
·            multi-skilled trades

Kier regional managing director, Simon Bullen, said: “Kier is a leading provider of maintenance and facilities management across the country and we will work together with local suppliers and subcontractors to put efficiency, service improvements and customer excellence as our top priorities.”
