The Exeter Energy from Waste plant Building is being built for recycling and renewable energy company Viridor.

French subcontractor TIRU is assembling the main plant working on site with Chilworth Construction Management.

Bourne will build the the entire steel, cladding, door and window package during a 39-week programme.

The scope of works also includes the cladding and installation of the plant’s gutters, rainwater pipes, windows, louvres, mansafe roof systems in addition to the industrial and personnel doors.
