City Building launches hunt for £130m framework firms

One of Scotland’s largest construction companies is looking for extra trade contractors to join an existing framework worth up to £130m.

City Building (Glasgow) has published an OJEU notice for the final lots in its framework deal which covers 46 trades.

The two year deal has the option to extend for another 24 months and covers:

Construction work
Concrete work
Erection of fencing
Roof works and other special trade construction works
Heating
ventilation and air-conditioning installation work
Glazing work
Painting work
Wood flooring work
Installation services of television equipment
Installation of shutters
Asbestos-removal work
Lift installation work
Landscaping work
Heating works
Drainage works
Environmental services
Roof repair and maintenance work
Lift-maintenance services
Flashing work
Electrical fitting work
Masonry work
Lightning-protection works
Blacksmith services
Weed-clearance services
Ventilation and air-conditioning installation work
Roller-type shutters
