This programme was launched in January following a high-profile campaign by companies to get their work on the Olympics recognised.
The free licence allows construction companies to promote their 2012 work and use their involvement in direct pitches and tender documentation when competing for international contracts.
Controversy still surrounds the scheme because nearly 20% of the applications received so far have been rejected because they clash with the interests of headline Olympic sponsors.
In the lead up to the London 2012 Games, the Elliott Thomas Group provided vital on-site construction service activities in the Olympic Village which included the provision of management, local labour, tools and materials to keep the project clean, tidy and running efficiently.
Elliott Thomas’s subsidiary division Taylor’s Hoists also provided passenger goods hoists to BAA at Heathrow Airport and at Eton Dorney during the London 2012 Paralympic Games.
John Self, Managing Director of the Elliott Thomas Group said: “The Elliott Thomas Group is extremely proud to be associated with London 2012.
“The event was spectacular and easily lived up to its billing of ‘the greatest show on earth’. It was a fantastic example of what this nation can achieve when we work together.
“The way the construction industry worked collaboratively to build the facilities was, in my opinion, the finest example of what can be achieved with the right funding and attitude.
“We feel privileged to have been involved in this incredible success and being recognised for our part, through the Supplier Recognition Scheme, is a wonderful endorsement of our services.”
