The partnership, known a Evolution, will build 371 new homes at a 9.5ha site near Moor Lane in Woking. Around two-thirds will be for affordable social rented homes the remaining for private sale.
Kier will start construction this summer with Thames Valley Housing managing and maintain the social housing over the 25-year contract.
