Former incumbent Steve Hart left Miller to join McLaren Construction’s London operation.

Scard has 28 years industry experience – the last 23 of those with Morgan Sindall where he rose through the ranks to become managing director construction south.

Chris Webster, Chief Executive, Miller Construction, said: “We are delighted to welcome Stephen to our Senior Management Team.

“Stephen will be responsible for driving our strategy forward in the South East, which sees us focussing our efforts on selected markets and promoting Miller as a market leader.  We are confident his wealth of knowledge and experience will be a real asset to our business.”
