Daniel administrators Deloitte confirmed the deal on Friday afternoon.
The Enquirer revealed this morning that Murphy was in talks.
The deal will see 184 jobs saved as a number of contracts are taken on by Murphy.
This, together with the deals previously announced, mean that 1,174 jobs have been saved to date.
Administrators said they would continue to review their options regarding the remaining areas of the business.
Joint administrator Bill Dawson said: “We are pleased that we have been able to reach an agreement with Murphy Group that ensures that a further 184 jobs have been saved.
“We have had a number of expressions of interest in the remaining elements of the group that we are hopeful may result in further business transfers.”
