The family-run contractor was set up more than 15 years ago and had picked up several local awards for investing in people and training.
It worked predominantly in the commercial and industrial markets working for clients like Asda, Hilton hotels and London Underground.
More recently it carried out several projects for the MoD at Aldershot.
