Enterprise has taken on 328 staff for the firm’s United Utilities contracts under TUPE regulations.
A further 225, who work on Daniel’s Bristol Water contract, are due to be transferred under TUPE on June 12 to May Gurney and Land and Marine Engineering, now owned by Murphy Group.
Discussions are ongoing over the sale of the Subterra division of Daniel and Deloitte is hopeful of agreeing a deal soon.
Negotiations are also continuing over the sale of the remaining assets of Daniel.
These agreements, together with previous deals, mean that 1,226 jobs have been safeguarded from the total 1,449 employed when Deloitte took control.
Previously, on May 17, 185 staff from Land & Marine transferred to Murphy Group.
Daniel’s contract with Welsh Water was switched to another service provider on appointment on May 15 and 471 staff were transferred under TUPE.
Bill Dawson, joint administrator and partner in Deloitte’s Restructuring Services team, said: “We are pleased that the vast majority of jobs have now been safeguarded and staff are transferring to alternative service providers.
“We are also encouraged by discussions with potential buyers of Subterra and other assets of Daniel, and we hope to conclude negotiations soon.”
