Since Emcor announced it was to wind down its operations in the UK several main contractors and clients been on the hunt for replacement contractors.
The first of the jobs secured by Briggs & Forrester is for M&E works at the Jaguar Land Rover Body In White project in Castle Bromwich.
Interserve Construction awarded the building services deal which is understood to be worth more than £10m with an overall contract period of seven months.
Main contractor Galliford Try has also signed up Briggs & Forester for the M&E package at its £89m super casino NEC Resort World for client Genting.
Briggs & Forrester priced the job earlier this year but came second place to Emcor during the bidding process.
This M&E works are expected to be worth up to £15m and are due for completion in the autumn of 2014.
