The Scottish Council hopes to sign up three firms to deliver phase two of its upgrade programme over four years.

Morgan Sindall is presently one of the contractors delivering the initial programme.

The Schools and Centres 21 Phase 2 investment programme will include a mix of secondary and primary school projects which may/may not have associated community facilities. It is anticipated that these projects will be principally new construction.
