The job secured ahead of rival bidders Sir Robert McAlpine and Vinci is the second big plant building contract secured with Rolls Royce, which is a new client for the contractor.
N G Bailey is understood to be on board for the major M&E package at the £60m facility, which will replace two existing AEC sites in Hall Green, Birmingham.
It is expected that about 70 construction jobs will be sustained during the two-year build.
The 28,000 sqm building will incorporate technology, design, development, manufacturing and testing capabilities, with associated expansion space.
When operational, the facility will produce engine control systems for a range of applications, including the Rolls-Royce Trent family of aircraft engines.
