The Non Infrastructure Capital Investment Programme will include new facilities to collect water and treat waste water with the framework split into two lots covering civils and M&E work.

Scottish Water is planning to announce dates shortly for a bidders day to detail its plans for the framework, which is to be handle by up to three tier one contractors for each lot.

The final programme detail will be set out once the the Water Industry Commission for Scotland issues a final determination for the 2015 – 2021 period in Summer 2014.
