The group’s investment arm has completed the planning process after steering the town’s urban regeneration plans after being appointed development partner in 2012.
This will be funded by returns from a residential development by Lovell Partnerships and Clayson Country Homes, commercial development including a supermarket, offices and conversion of a listed mill building for commercial uses.

The residential development by Lovell Partnerships will provide 87 new homes, ranging from two to five bedrooms.
