Construction is scheduled to start in December on the job, believed to be worth around £12m, with an anticipated completion date of spring 2015.
Jonathan Westhoff, the West Brom’s Chief Executive, said: “After an extensive tender process Thomas Vale emerged as our preferred candidate, reflecting their record and experience.”
Vale, which is owned by Bouygues UK, beat rival bids from Wates and BAM Construct.
Jonathan described the appointment as the final piece in the head office scheme’s ‘project jigsaw’, adding that Thomas Vale will work alongside the existing design team, which includes Capita and Associated Architects.
