Astec will be working for developer Ballymore on the second phase plots A10 and A11.
The Astec team will be starting on site in April 2014.
The Embassy Gardens contract is Astec’s latest success in the area with a team currently working on St James’ nearby Riverlight development.
Astec Pre-Contract Director Colin Black said: “This order represents a record achievement for the company.
