The council’s ‘Excellent Homes for All’ PFI will see seven schemes of supported housing built across the county at a cost of £38m.
Galliford Try Investment will form a special purpose vehicle investing more than £4m in the projects, which will be managed by the the West Kent Housing Association over the 25-year deal.
Galliford Try’s Facilities Management business will provide ongoing hard and soft facilities maintenance and lifecycle management services in operating the scheme accommodation.
The FM contract is anticipated to be worth over £36m over the 25-year deal
