Twenty senior contracts managers will meet every three months, chaired by Clive Loosemore, Costain’s contract director at London Bridge.
The Contract Leaders Board will exchange ideas and experiences tapping the knowledge held within Costain to strengthen best practice.
Loosemore said: “The Contract Leaders Board is an excellent vehicle for all staff at the sharp end of the business to give feedback about a customer’s needs and expectations, as well as ensure that Costain continues to focus on issues that the customer feels are important.
“It will also give contract staff the opportunity to voice any suggestions about potential improvements that they believe will help to deliver efficiencies,” he added.
