More than 50 construction buyers will be looking to meet suppliers at the Constructionline hosted event.
Major contractors looking for new specialists will include Kier and Vinci.
The London Construction Programme consortium of local authorities will also be recruiting for several framework agreements, including major works, mechanical and electrical, landscaping and adaptations for work worth up to £10 million.
Alongside meeting prospective buyers, there will also be an opportunity for contractors to attend seminars on finding and winning work.
Speakers will include representatives from Lend Lease, discussing its £1.5bn regeneration of Elephant and Castle.
Gareth Kings, Managing Director, Constructionline, said: “Despite the upturn in construction, finding and winning work continues to be a hard fought battle for SMEs, while those overseeing major programmes want to be assured that their supply network is reliable.
“This event will act as a valuable introduction between both parties, providing networking opportunities and discussions around how they can best work together on the wealth of high profile projects in the pipeline.”
The event will run from 08:30am until 3pm on February 6 and suppliers do not have to be a Constructionline member to attend.
