Tolputt joins from Balfour Beatty where he was most recently Managing Director for Balfour Beatty Major Projects (London and South).

Prime Construction has ambitious plans to grow the business by 200% over the next five years.

Tolputt’s new role follows the appointment of former Bovis Lend Lease commercial officer Paul Johnson as Group Commercial Director at Elliott Thomas.
