The 70,000 sq ft university library is expected to be the first project out of the ground is will cost around £18m to build.

The next £21m construction phase will consist of a 380 student bedrooms, arranged as self-contained flats, around student services accommodation and up to 150 basement or ground floor car parking spaces.
