Tatton joined Bouygues recently from Willmott Dixon where he only spent a few months as managing director of housing.
He has also worked for ISG, Miller and Laing O’Rourke during his 25 years in the industry.
Tatton will will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation and future direction of Thomas Vale and will report to Madani Sow, Chairman of Bouygues UK.
Tatton replaces Gary Mail who “recently advised the management team that he will be leaving Thomas Vale to pursue some new challenges.”
Thomas Vale chairman Tony Hyde will continue to focus on client relationships and business development across both the private and public sectors.
Hyde will continue to focus on his wider Bouygues UK responsibilities as Corporate Responsibility Director.
