The crop of eight secondary schools in the Midlands is the fifth tranche of school projects that will be funded using PF2.
Firms have until the second of May to prequalify for shortlisting down to three firms expected to be invited to tender.
Contractors will bid to design, build, finance and maintain the schools through a 24-month construction phase and a 25 year operational term using the Government’s aggregator financing model.
