Construction of Lillie Square is now planned to start this summer, following the sales launch last month.
This morning developer Capital and Counties confirmed a £130m debt facility to fund the build will be signed shortly.
It said that 204 of the 213 units initially released in March are now reserved or exchanged, totalling over £200m of sales, with flats achieving up to £1,885 per square foot.
The initial launch was focused on standard flats, with premium apartments to be released shortly.
The new West Brompton village, which forms part of the wide Earls Court masterplan
Lillie Square will consist of 808 homes and will sit next to four new neighbourhoods planned on 77 acres surrounding Earls Court exhibition halls.
A whole new residential district will eventually rise from the site, with 7,500 new homes in modern mansion blocks and terraces of townhouses linked by new streets and garden squares, while a lost river park is being re-established.
