The biggest of the 12-year deals is worth £80m covering the supply of civils materials across the country.

Up to 20 firms will secure a place on the framework which is divided into lots covering aggregate, asphalt, concrete, mini-mixed concrete and recycled aggregate.

A separate £12m framework covers the supply of precast pipes and fittings from 2015-2026.

Firms have until May 21 to register their interest in the main deal or May 23 for the precast contract with Scottish Water, The Bridge, Buchanan Gate Business Park, Cumbernauld Road, Stepps
