The talented site team have got together with British football freestylers Billy Wingrove and Jeremy Lync to record their version of the iconic France ’98 Nike commercial.
The original ad featured the famous Brazil side of Ronaldo and Rivaldo showing off their skills while waiting at an airport.
Now national plant hire experts Hewden have created Dumpers 4 Goalposts replacing the Brazil players with local construction workers.
One of the brickies may be a few pounds over his playing weight.
But the big lad shows he still has the footwork as the ball pings around the site to the original ad soundtrack of Mas Que Nada by Sergio Mendes.
Jeff Schofield, Marketing Director at Hewden, said: “Roy Hodgson may have picked his 23 players to take to Brazil, but when he sees this video he may wish he had taken a few lads from the construction sector.
“The irony is the original soundtrack featured in the video was by Brazilian musician, Sergio Mendes from the golden year of 1966.
“If that’s not an omen I don’t know what is. Come on England!”
