The three new student hall buildings at the Riccarton campus are expected to cost around £20m to build and have been designed by Fletcher Joseph architects.

The new halls will be clad in a combination of brick, render and composite panels.

It is anticipated that if planning approval is granted in September, the building works will start in January 2015, with a completion date scheduled for July 2016, ready for the 2016-2017 academic year.
