Severfield-Rowen (Thirsk – Steelworks and Steel stairs)
Foremans (York – Accommodation)
Benchmark (Barnsley – Scaffolding)
Northern Steel Decking (Sheffield – Steel decking)
T W Catering – (Pontefract- Catering)
Clearwell – (Brighouse – Pest Control)
Ebor Concrete – (Ripon – Staircases)
Dearnside Fabrications – (Sheffield – Handrails and Balustrades)
Keith Whitmore, Head of Design and Construction for Westfield said: “The Broadway shopping centre will provide a major stimulus for the regional economy by creating direct and indirect jobs across a range of industries.

Mark Flude, Managing Director of M&E winner Pitts Wilson said: “Pitts Wilson are extremely proud to be involved with the prestigious Broadway Development in Bradford with Westfield and Meyer Bergman.
“With our history of over a century in business, we have partnered with another longstanding Bradford company Mitton Mechanical to provide the M&E services to this impressive project.
“Two local experienced companies employing local labour – a great tale to tell and boost to the Bradford economy”.
Bradford Council Leader Cllr David Green said: “It’s really good to see businesses from the Bradford District benefiting from the construction of the Broadway shopping centre and we welcome the boost in jobs this will bring to local people.”
The 570,000 sq ft scheme already has retailer commitments for more than 50 percent of its floor space including major retailers Debenhams, Marks & Spencer, Next, River Island, Topshop, Topman and Boots with further major UK retailers under negotiation.
It will create around 1,500 construction jobs and 2,500 new retail jobs for Bradford.
