The 240-unit scheme at Brassington Avenue will contain five residential towers set around a central two-storey podium core.

Glenn Howells Architects has designed the scheme for specialist developer PegasusLife who “provide beautiful properties in desirable locations for the discerning older generation.”

Glenn Howells Architects said: “Each tower will be ‘rotated’ in response to views and infiltration of sunlight and the towers are thoughtfully distributed to allow plenty of space and light into the residencies.
