The new framework for a £320m building programme will get underway next October.
Works will be split into two lots covering the Northumbrian operating area (£20m a year) and Essex and Suffolk region (£7.5m a year).
The work involves mainly capital maintenance works with considerable elements of small work packages at multiple sites, ranging to medium sized capital complex works.
