The NWCH is being managed by Manchester City Council and covers Cumbria, Merseyside, Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Cheshire.
The new line up of firms is: BAM, Conlon, Galliford Try, ISG, Keepmoat, Kier, Laing O’Rourke, Seddon, Vinci, Wates and Willmott Dixon.
It is part of the Government’s North West Improvement and Efficiency Partnership, aimed at helping councils save money through collaboration.
The framework is split into two main categories covering construction-only and design and build projects across the five areas, worth £2m-£5m.
There is also a main lot covering larger projects valued at £5-£9m which has seen BAM, Galliford Try and Keepmoat secure places for the first time.
Expressions of interest are also due in today for the the NWCH low value framework covering projects £500,000-£2m. New framework partners will be announced ahead of it coming into force in October.

So far the framework set up has delivered 219 projects for 75 clients worth a total of just over £1bn.
