The £40m office is being built by main contractor Galliford Try at 40 Brighton Road in Sutton, Surrey.
NG Bailey will deliver all M&E installations for the 17,300sq m of commercial office space, covering five storeys, plus basement and external works.
Adam Rowland, NG Bailey operations director, said: “We are delighted to have secured this prestigious project for an end-client that shares our commitment to both safety and sustainability.
“It is an endorsement of the collaborative approach adopted by all parties to pool our skills and expertise during the tender period.
“As well as signalling the success of six months’ hard work from all of our Reading-based team, it provides a wider group opportunity to bring all of our specialisms to the fore as the project also creates significant scope for both our IT Services and Offsite Manufacture divisions.”
