The trio of former Longcross staff will form a new national construction team as Titan continues its expansion with the opening of a new Nottingham office.
The Titan construction team will be led by Steve Willis who was a former account director at Longcross.
He is joined by former Longcross colleagues Harry Dhanjal who is now operations manager and project manager Matt Forman.
At Longcross Willis and his team were principally responsible for the firm’s expansion into the new-build residential, private rented sector (PRS) and purpose-built student accommodation sectors.
They will now build on Titan’s expertise within these key sectors and boost the size of the construction team to ten.
Oliver Hutley, Managing Director of Titan Group, said: “We are delighted to have such a high calibre team join Titan.
“Their collective expertise solidifies our delivery credentials in the construction sector with a particular focus on our core markets of PRS, Student and Housing.”
Willis said: “I am delighted to be joining Titan at this exciting stage in their growth trajectory and look forward to further developing the Construction Division into our target markets.”
Longcross went into administration last month with the loss of 130 jobs.
